1.Overview

Major's Skin Cosmetics ("the Service") is a browser-based Minecraft skin editor. This policy explains what information the Service handles — and, just as importantly, what it never touches.

2.What We Never Collect

• We never see, collect, store, or log your Microsoft account password or any other login credentials.
• Sign-in happens entirely on Microsoft's official pages using the official Microsoft / Xbox Live OAuth API. Your credentials are sent only to Microsoft — never to us.

3.What We Access

After you sign in and give consent, the Service accesses only your public Minecraft profile — your UUID and username. These are stored on our server so that the items you save can be linked to your account.

4.How We Use It

Profile information is used for one purpose only: uploading the skin you made to your own account through the official Minecraft API. We do not automate gameplay, run bots, or use your data for anything else.

5.Data Kept on Your Device

While you are signed out, editor saves and preferences stay in your browser (localStorage). Once you sign in, your editor saves, "My Cosmetics" and custom poses are stored on our server under your Microsoft account, so you can load them on any device.

6.Server-Side Records

• To operate the Service, keep it secure, and diagnose errors, our server records the time of each visit, the page visited, the country, and the browser and operating system in use.
• IP addresses are kept only in partially masked form (for example 222.108.x.x) in our sign-in records, and are only ever displayed masked. The web server's standard access log does hold full IP addresses temporarily; that log is size-capped and the oldest entries are deleted automatically.
• If you sign in, your Minecraft UUID, username, and sign-in time are recorded. Only the Service operator can access these records, and they are never used for anything other than operation, security, and error analysis.

7.Sharing & Protection

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share any user data with third parties, and the Service contains no advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Information we do collect is kept only as far as running the Service requires, and no one but the Service operator can access it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
